Hunt Frame Estate Agents was started by business partners Paul Hunt and Mark Frame back in 2004. The business has gone from strength to strength resisting recessions, financial crises and worldwide pandemics.

Our business is built on the foundation of honesty, integrity, hard work and communication. We are now able to offer a comprehensive sales and lettings service that is used by national property developers, local solicitors and other property professionals.

Paul grew up in Eastbourne attending Cavendish School which is where he first met Mark. Paul started his estate agency career in 1995 within the corporate world and for over 28 years now has specialized particularly in residential valuations, property development and investment. He has also previously managed his own property portfolio which has proved invaluable when dealing with the lettings side of the business and with his encyclopedic knowledge of the property market, and can find solutions for most, if not all issues or problems that can be thrown his way! When not working Paul enjoys socialising, travelling and walking the family dog, Darcie.

Mark has worked in Estate Agency for over 30 years, primarily within Eastbourne but also has experience of Crowborough, Haywards Heath and Brighton property markets. This wealth of experience and knowledge allows Mark to oversee the general running of the office with great diligence and attention to detail but to his credit, he undertakes many appointments himself! He has a great understanding of all types of property and values and is considered an expert in the marketing and promotion of residential homes. He has lived in Eastbourne and the surrounding area all his life, is a family man and enjoys fine dining, football, reading and walking his dogs in the beautiful local countryside.

Beth Sadler Office Manager

Beth has worked in estate agency since leaving school at 18 and has enormous experience in all property related matters. She works very closely with local solicitors and has built up a vast network of contacts over time which enables her to manage and overcome any difficulties that may arise during the course of any property related transaction. She attended school locally in Eastbourne as well as nearby Battle and enjoys spending her free time with her young family, socialising, reading and cooking.

Lorna has lived in Eastbourne all her life and attended school locally in Upper Dicker. She has worked in the local lettings market for the past 5 years and has gained experience across all aspects of the lettings business. Her calm and measured manner with both tenants and landlords reassure clients at all times and her consistent and level approach to any issues that arise allow for swift resolutions. In her free time Lorna enjoys going to the gym and most importantly, spending time with her family and dogs.

Mark has worked in the property industry for over 25 years and has consulted on numerous projects, developments and marketing strategies over this time. Responsible for the delivery and maintenance of high customer care whilst ensuring that all clients receive honest and relevant advice that will enable them to make reasoned decisions on all property matters. Mark lives locally with his family and enjoys attending sporting events, socialising and photography, when time allows!

Darcie started her estate agency career a number of years ago when she became a property manager for a local independent company and then was asked to join Hunt Frame in a similar role. She has since found her vocation by selling property and has quickly risen to become a senior sales negotiator within the office. She has had experience both locally and in the London market and is able to assist clients whether it be with smaller apartments or multi million pound homes! She was educated locally and still lives in Eastbourne and when time permits, she loves to socialise, travel and spend time with her beautiful Pomeranian, Bella! With her infectious enthusiasm, talent and approachable manner she is a highly valued member of team Hunt Frame.
